Rachael Wilson
Hi, I’m Rachael!
“I am a teacher & educator for both brokers & clients”
Hi, I’m Rachael — founder of Lilac Listings at RE/MAX Whatcom County and a lifelong Whatcom County local with a deep respect for homes, community, and the people who live in them.
Raised as a contractor’s daughter, I was introduced early to the craftsmanship, problem-solving, and integrity that form the foundation of great real estate. Having lived in nearly every corner of Whatcom County — and now raising my family here — I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every client relationship.
With over 20 years as a full-time real estate broker, I run my business with intention, structure, and compassion. At Lilac Listings, our work is rooted in education, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy — because informed clients make confident decisions. I’m known for anticipating challenges before they arise, navigating complexity with ease, and advocating relentlessly to help my clients reach their goals.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a cherished property, or building a long-term investment plan, my role is to meet you where you are and guide you forward with clarity and care. Each client receives a customized approach supported by proven systems, strong negotiation, and a trusted network of industry professionals — from lenders and inspectors to builders and specialists — all working together to set you up for success.
Community is at the heart of Lilac Listings. Through our Pay It Forward Project, our team has donated over $30,000 in the first three years to local nonprofit recipients chosen by our clients — supporting causes that strengthen and uplift the communities we serve. I’ve also proudly served on the board of Skookum Kids and chaired the Education Committee for the Whatcom County Association of Realtors for 14 years. Giving back, staying involved, and leading with purpose isn’t an add-on to our business — it’s foundational to it. When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family skiing, paddleboarding, fishing, golfing, entertaining friends, or cheering on my children at the soccer field.
Real estate is more than a transaction — it’s a relationship built on trust, strategy, and care. I’d be honored to guide you through yours.
